I'd use any hotel search tools but I always end up using Agoda. Layout is straightforward, neat, easy to navigate and understand. Comprehensive hotel and room info. I can compare rooms within the same window.

Booking my hotel through Agoda has always been easy and hassle fee, may it be for my domestic or international trips. All I have to do is present my mobile voucher and I get my room key in less than 10 minutes.

We are fairly new to travelling in foreign countries and are at the mercy of postings. Anyway, we booked a room in a hotel in Goyang South Korea. It definitely did not match what was listed on the website. They did not have any non-smoking rooms. We contacted Agoda and they got us a refund and we were able to book a better room. Agoda took great care of us! We will continue using them for our foreign travel. Thank you!

I prefer the price to include tax, vat and service charge, so I know how much I should pay exactly. Currently, it seems the price will be added up by those extra expenses after the initial price.
