I use Agoda for all my international hotels. The website is easy to book and the prices are good. The prices are fairly the same with other booking sites, but most often you have more hotel choices and I've always found cheaper prices on Agoda.

I always like that I can reserve a room In advance and being able to cancel when I can not make the trip

Always had good service and help from this company.
However the last time i used them they passed my business to booking.com, who after being paid obviously did not want anything to do with changes, instead telling me to directly contact the hotel i was staying at, great customer service not!
Will still use agoda but they have tarnished what was a spotless reputation.

Have used Agoda all over the world. Only had a problem once, and not the fault of Agoda, but the hotel had misleading information. Agoda took the trouble to sort it out and were incredibly helpful... use Agoda and travel worry free.

Agoda offers the best rates than others and also the best hotels. I had booked 4 times with Agoda for hotels in India and abroad and was very much satisfied,

Normaly we will plan for holidays and grab the airlight ticket early.
But agoda only open the hotel booking when the month nearby.
Hope that agoda will improve to open more early like one years period to easy us to plan the holidays.

I have book a hotel through Agoda for my upcoming travel. Days after my reservation the said hotel's price became much lower. As a budget traveler, of course I have cancelled my first reservation (yey for free cancellation! Lol), and rebooked the same hotel again! Thanks so much Agoda! :)

Helped me to find a good hotel in a remote place like Jagdalpur and I was not confident of finding the hotel in any other website. Its cheap than anything else.
