I've never felt more secure on a website. The information is precise and straight to the point, you don't feel trapped and you can simply revert any decision you make, therefore not feeling pressured to know everything straight away. Amazing experience!

Agoda has the worst service ever. Got me stranded twice over with hotels bouncing me off. Left me with huge expenses on phone & taxis and no place to stay. And now they refuse to honour their word of refunding me. Total harassment - never ever agoda
I stayed at this lovely hotel for only 2 nights but I'm returning next year! The staff were very helpful & friendly along with terrific location near cafe 43! Also good massage nearby & very close to the all the shops & market. The room was fine with great cable tv, a good fridge, kettle & wifi. I even had a nice balcony & air con. All the essentials!

A very wide choice of hotels is presented, with pricing that is highly competitive. Then, when booking, the booking process is quick and seamless. Great job Agoda.

I had a serious problem with a hotel during a stay in China. I contacted Agoda by email and within 4-6 hours they had repeatedly tired to ring me. When I did pick up my phone the service agent spoke clear English and was very helpful. He had already contacted the hotel and arranged for a refund. This would have been very difficult for me to do as I don't speak Chinese and the hotel staff didn't speak English. They followed up my situation with an actual phone call (the second one). Too often its always by email but in total I got 2-3 calls and 2 emails. I honestly feel this company cared about me and took my situation seriously. Theywere fair, logical and quick. The hotel I changed too was booked through Agoda. If they hadn't of been so helpful I probably wouldn't use them anymore. It's rare I take the time to do any sort of feedback especially positive feedback but guys, you did a great job and I appreciate it.
Easy to book a hotel accommodation with an option to pay later if plans are not firmed up yet. Definitely, I will recommend this to my friends and relatives.

Agoda has had the lowest rates for every place I've been interested in booking, as well as the most information on each room, accomodations, and reviews. Their site has an intelligent setup that makes it very easy to use and efficient in finding exactly what I'm looking for. Thank you Agoda for really putting the effort into your work. It shows.

Answer: I don't bother making lists just search for where I am going and select the best deal for at least 1 mth before its needed and keep track of prices

Answer: For me as well very bad experience with this site. The administrator failed to confirm my booking in the evening, claiming they could not see it in their system and stating that the reserved room was unavailable, despite all the correct booking information being provided. Instead, they offered me a different room. At 10 PM on December 31st, traveling with a child, I had no choice but to agree and pay again for the alternative room. I immediately reported the issue to Agoda for assistance. The room we were given was in an unacceptable condition: it was dirty, there were holes in the bathroom walls, and mold was visible. It was nowhere near the standard described in the booking. The following morning, a different administrator located my original booking and refunded the payment for the additional room. However, they falsely claimed that I had stayed in the room I originally booked. This is not true—the room I stayed in differed significantly from the description and photos provided at the time of booking. Despite providing all necessary evidence, Agoda has refused to support my complaint, stating that the hotel confirmed my booking, which does not address the poor service, the forced additional payment, or the unacceptable condition of the room. This experience demonstrates an appalling lack of customer care from both the hotel and Agoda. As a customer, I feel my rights were ignored, and no proper resolution was provided. I expect Agoda to take accountability and address this issue properly, as this level of service is completely unacceptable.
Answer: Well, you probably need to call the customer service online or send them email from Agoda to get a reply. I feel that it was in vain to look for any help or compensation once your reservation has been done. Even the you overlooked some tricky information, Agoda will completely ignore what you said and push the blame to the hotel/property or the users. That is how I feel after trying so sort our the issue. Once a mistake is made, we probably can only eat it. Never expect they will admit any misinformation on line.
