Called 1 minute after purchasing online to fix shipping and was told they cant do that to call fedex when it was about to ship. I called fedex and fedex couldnt cancel it i had to call the sender. Sender said i had to wait then for it to deliver to wrong address and i couldnt get a refund unless items were returned but how could i being that the issue i was trying to fix since the minute i placed the order was to fix the shipping. They could not help me i lost my money and they could care less. Tried calling again to see if there was anything i could do since no one could help me change address or cancel the order. Sadly was a waste of time and purchase staff and policies arent there tk help you in any way.

I purchased three pairs of the lounge wear pants and upon delivery I can say that I have purchased better and cheaper lounge wear somewhere else. Theg are really see through and will never survive my front load washer for sure and I would have to replace them really fast. I even bought better quality jersey lounge pants at Walmart that lasted 4-5 years. These from 38 Degrees are trash! Plus they will deduct $5.99 from my refund amount for return? Hmmm. I think not!

I love shop at 32degrees once a month to check out their new collection of basics clothing. I do a lot of sports like figure skating, hiking, gym classes and all of my tees and long sleeves t-shirts I got from 32degrees - the colors are great, fabric is soft, great snuggle fit! They have tons of stuff for lounge, very comfortable. They offer free shipping often plus points program, prices are low.

Upon googling 32 Degrees, I came across several bad reviews and almost didn't shop for the underlayer apparel I was searching for directly from 32degree.com. I had purchased a Cozy Heat Undershirt by this brand from Macys and loved it so much, I wanted to get more but they were sold out in my size. Naturally I googled to see where it may be available and found their official website as well as consumer websites rating them poorly for bad service. However, the prices on 32degrees.com was a fraction of what it retails in department stores that I couldn't resist. So I was careful to purchase only 3 items of the many I was looking to purchase. The items arrived as ordered and delivery which was the biggest gripe of reviewers went rather well. The shipping method they use is Sure Post which I absolutely agree from experience is one of the worse and as such I didn't expect fast delivery. Ten days later (after one FedEx Sure Post delay update) I received my entire order and actually placed another to complete what I was afraid to on my first order with them. The prices are unbeatable and honestly the delivery time wasn't too bad - maybe 3-4 days later than most online orders these days. I'm satisfied with 32degrees.com.

I rarely leave reviews, but I have to this time. I ordered some T-Shirt for my son. It said that it would arrive 4-9 days. However, it took 20 days to arrive. I wrote to the customer. The answer was "Due to Covid..." This is a bad answer because Covid has not been here last month. Then my son found that one of the pieces I ordered was not comfortable, so I wrote to them asking how I could return it. I received a label for return, but when I checked my account I realized that they charged me $5 for handling an $9.99 return. This is insane. I will never order anything from this company.

I order a few items and free shipping takes almost 3 week for my order to be delivered by fedex and the quality is ok but not likely to order from them anymore

I got 32 degrees thermal underwear and it has holes along the seam after 2 wear and 1 wash.
Purchased from Costco. This Made in Vietnam product be better Sold in Vietnam. I am going to return it!

I ordered several gifts from 32 degrees were delivered to the recipients in a timely manner. I placed an order for myself and it's been in Independence KY for the last ten days. FedEx says contact the shipper, shipper says this happens with FedEx. FedEx rep actually gave the phone number for St Judes Childerns Fund when I insisted on a phone number for 32 degrees. I'd have to lay most of the blame at FedEx's door. They really don't care

I placed an order for winter jacket. And I never received my order. I reported it to BBB. I'm waiting for the results of this complaint.

I was worried when I saw all the negative reviews (after I purchased) but I got my order fast (ordered 1/10/22 shipped 1/13/23) with updates along the way. I am also very happy with all items I purchased. Maybe they have made some changes or I just got lucky?

I placed an order Jan 7th. It is apparently out there somewhere in shipment limbo. Almost a month now and I get no response. I was worried when I first placed the order. I read the reviews too late. I am not the only one this has happened to. Buyer Beware.

Contacted the company. As they were purchased at costco, the warranty is void. Terrible pilling, can't wear them. Waste of money. Will never by this brand again.

Placed order on 1/1/22 and actually shipped 1/6/22. If you ordered winter stuff don't count on receiving it before winter is over. It's now 1/9/22 and I still do not have my order. Don't waste your money. I will never order from here again. They suck!

I bought these during black friday and there was such a good sale i just had to buy some! We all know Uniqlo's heat tech is the best but it can be a bit pricy so when I saw 32 degrees I wanted to try them out.

They have quite fast shipping (was in NY, I think they ship from NJ) but overall I think shipping would be quite fast. I would have to say though, it's not as warm as I would have hoped but they're good for layering. Also do have to mention that there was pilling on the leggings not too long after but I'm not complaining for $6.99 leggings

Gave high stars for price and shipping but product quality (again it isn't bad) but I wouldn't purchase these at full price.

Customer service is incapable of correcting shipping issues. They just repeat the same generic sentences over and over. You cannot speak to a live representative.

I'm really disappointed that I purchased 2 sets of these. Tried them in 47 degree weather which isn't even that cold. No help at all. I could feel the cold coming through my cloths and not an ounce of warmth was stored between my layers of clothing.
Am I missing something? I had better warmth from a tank top and long Jon's under clothing.

I've ordered 2 jackets nearly 2 weeks ago and neither item has yet arrived. FedEx gives a delivery date and then states "don't know when" the next day, and then a fresh date. I'm not sure if it's a FedEx problem or the company doesn't manage its shipping (pays the lowest cost or maybe delays payments to FedEx) properly.
If and when I do get the jacket(s), I'm unsure that the product will be what I ordered and of the right quality.
I wouldn't recommend this company. Christine Helene, the founder is out to lunch.

I bought a bunch of merchandise and one item needed to be exchanged for a different size. We were a few days outside of the 45 day return policy, because it was a Hanukkah gift. This company wouldn't exchange (not a return, but an exchange) even if we paid for shipping back. So only buy if you are 100% sure you're going to keep it and the right size, since they have awful customer service.
