Ordered 5 pieces in December 2023. 1 was missing. Their customer service is awful. I don't think they have actual people in customer service. Multiple emails I think from bots. With the same response. "They want to make it right" I have responded to every email. Still no resolution. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS "COMPANY".

Every item I've purchased from this company is pure garbage. Of the 3 purchases the only one refunded was the first. Customer support has yet to reply to requests and the Better Business Bureau states the mailing address they post isn't legit.All apparel is substandard, poorly made not worth a dime.

Didn't receive my item in 3 to 5 business days at stated on the website...TOOK LONGER THAN Temu TO ARRIVE. Also, the item LEFT everything full of LINT.

UNSATISFACTORY.

I didn't pay for expedited shipping because I ordered 2 weeks in advance. 32 Degrees processed them out to UPS on Dec 1st via "Proship" which is some delayed shipping that involves USPS. Tracking said my order would be delivered on the 10th (I have never had UPS take 10 days to deliver anything, but ok) but they delivered it to the USPS in my county for processing where it has been sitting for the last 2 days. Very disappointing since I ordered these as gifts back in November and as of December 12th they are still in the Post Office in Fife, leaving to me go shopping for last minute gifts at local sporting goods stores! And try to return the entire order for a full refund, if I can. I will definitely be ordering from Amazon next time.

Awful customer service. I ordered like 8 items on Black Friday and they didn't include 1 of the jackets. I have now emailed them twice with no response. I am currently sitting in chat purgatory waiting to talk to someone. Just a total lack of any customer service. Buyer beware

I received the wrong order. They took two days to return my email. When I finally made email contact they treated me like I was in the wrong. They wanted descriptions and pictures of the clothes before they would send my order. My first email from them was an apology and a statement to not return wrong order but to give it away. I did give merchandise away to two different neighbors only to have to ask for them back to show them proof. I inquired about my order today only to find out 4 of the items are no longer in stock. They make a mistake and the only person that loses out is the customer.

Great company. A wide variety of items at really good prices, and they feel nice and are comfortable even though most of what I have purchased has been under $20. Good customer service and I like their social media pages.

Packable jacket came with no pouch?! Is it real?!
Terrible customer service, cost savings removing the pouch from the product, with no info on the product description and no solution from your "customer support" service!

I haven't even recieved my order yet and I'm already disappointed. I will not order again. Unless everything comes from China there is no reason to wait 3 weeks for an order.

The lounge wear aka pajamas are clingy and hot. I guess it has to be 32°F to be comfortable. Very disappointing.

I ordered from this company a week ago. Promised 3 to 6 day delivery. But on UPS it shows they only created a label and did not ship. Customer service email must be automated because whatever I write they send the tracking link. No wonder people order everything from Amazon.

I have contacted you several times on this matter. Your return portal does not list all my orders. Only older ones. Therefore how are you suppose to return items. I tried contacting you many many times and all you say is use the portal. IT DOES NOT WORK IF YOUR ITEMS ARE NOT THERE!

I have placed many orders with this company and love their products and their prices. Unfortunately, when I was sent an order I did not complete it took me 3 hours with online customer service and phone calls and too many run arounds to go through to get my refund and they still charged me they're restocking fee for their mistake. As I never closed the order in the first place. Beware of their customer service if you need it, it's horrible!

I have placed multiple orders with 32 degrees and have been very pleased with all products received. I'm throwing away any other t shirts and briefs and will only wear 32 degrees now. Their polis are well made and fit right.

Purchase made with logos of hassle free returns. Clothes I did not like size of. Making me pay for return shipping after many emails. More headache than it's worth

I ordered 2 pairs of the exact same shorts. I received 2 - 1 a 38 and 1 a 32. I can get no support on an exchange and the actually want me to pay to return their issue. I will never order from this site again.

This is the worst company I've ever purchased from. I placed an order on their site for a medium Jacket and entered my address. It shifted me to the site named Shop. I Exeter my payment info and purchase. Well, the receipt it sent had the wrong address and a different size than I entered. I made multiple attempts to reach someone and get this corrected but guess what? They have no customer support and they don't answer emails. This company is a total rip-off and is nothing more than a sleazy con artist. Oh, just in case some troll is wondering there also is no phone number. It's your money and you're free to piss it away but purchasing here and watching your money disappear. I had to give one star to enter this review but the honestly deserved no star at lease from me.
