I was convinced that this website was a scam but I was suppose to get it may 12. DHL delivered my dress in my hand April 29. I was so shock and the best part is, my dress fit perfectly! Thank you so much 27 dresses

It's false advertising! I don't know if we are looking at two different dresses but they will swear to you that the dress you ordered is correct and it's not their fault. The service overall is horrible, they act like they don't want To refund your money back. If I could sue to have them shut down I would definitely do because this is counterfeit in every way. Don't even waste you time or money!

The dress is big on your daughter, I'm sorry, our workers might make this dress bigger, but the color and other things are correct, you ordered the dress in black, so everything is black, and now you need the beads to stay silver, but you did not mention that before the order. Also, for the size problem, you measure it and take photos to us, we are really appreciate, and we keep our promise to our return policy, we agreed you return the dress back, when we get the dress, we will measure the dress, if we did make the wrong size for you, we will arrange the full refund for you. But like you said in the E-mail, you want us refund you, but you do not want to send the dress back to us, this is unfair, if you want to keep the dress and have the dress altered in your country we will compensate you partial refund, if you want full refund, you need to send the dress back to us. thank you.

I am so disappointed with my dress I got from them. They told me to take pictures of my dress to see what is wrong with it. And I showed them. All I want is a refund on the dress. And they keep on suggesting that I go get a alteration on the dress. They told me that "We have return policy, if we make the wrong dress for you such as wrong size, wrong color, or broken dress, we can accept return, we can't make sure that we make the wrong dress for you, please understand this." YES I UNDERSTAND BUT ALL I WANT IS A REFUND. And I want to return my dress. It did not fit right. And makes me very mad because I paid 20 dollars for EXACT MEASUREMENTS. They are not professional when it comes to them emailing you, and when I sent them the pictures of my dress this is what they said to me " We have checked the pictures from you. This dress is deep v-neck, it is hard to control the bust part. You are not here, we can't measure it according to your fingure, please understand this. How about you take this dress to your local store to make alteration? This dress is pretty. :) " all I want is a refund. Why make it so damn difficult

But you know also we are doing custom measurements on dresses, it is still not the 100% exact, because people will change with time goes by, and for the deep V-Neck style dress, it indeed really hard to control everything is perfect because the workers can not make measure and make the dress for you face to face, and the little difference exist. And we suggest you go to your local seamstress to have the size measured, because it is the quickest way to solve the problem since the dress is pretty and you need dress for event, also, we promise we will compensate you the alteration fee. And we have our return policy states, all dresses made in custom measurement can not accept the returns, before you order the dress, you have checked that and agreed. That's why we suggest to alter it in local place. Thank you
The service is terrible. I ordered my dress last week from the 27dress website and I have been frequently contacting the company through emails trying to cancel my order who only responded by sending me an automated email saying they won't be in the office until April 2nd. So not only are they not going to give me my refund back, I'm not even getting a serious reply. I've seen mainly negative reviews towards this website with people saying how their dress isn't what they ordered and how cheap it looks. I'd highly recommend not ordering from this website.

Sooo i ordered my dress back in February and my prom is in april i have yet to recieve it. It was suppose to be shipped out on March 22 and the person emailed me to tell me to wait more days. Prom is stressful as it is so waiting for the main thing you have been looking for is even more stressful. After i get the dress whenever that is i wont be ordering from here again.

I ordered my gown online at 27dress.com. I was very nervous because I'd never ordered anything this extravagant online and because the dress was so inexpensive, I was even more leery. But because I didn't have a lot of money to spend on a wedding gown so I figured I'd give it a shot. I had a seamstress take my measurements and I sent it in.
Lisa at 27dress.com was extremely helpful and did her best to reassure me that I had nothing you worry about. I must've sent her 30 emails and she always responded.
Well, I received my dress yesterday and it is breathtaking! It's the most gorgeous gown I've seen! It's my dream dress and far exceeded my expectations. I can't wait to step into it again... I cried yesterday when I tried it on!

I ordered a dress that did match the tiny color "swatch" on-line but the style looked terrible in the color I ordered, and in fact, looked VERY cheap. It is partly my fault for not checking the return policy but I've never had an issue with returning items I've ordered from other sites. I e-mailed and instant messaged with customer service and both times was repeatedly told it is not their "fault." When I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was denied.
I ordered a dress for prom from here and didn't really know my exact measurements so I just ordered a size that was a little bigger than me and it fit perfectly. Shipping took a while but it came in perfect! Definitely a good website!

I have ordered Half sleeve dress as described and shown in the website. However I received sleeveless dress and shawl, was very embarrassed that I got different design of dress. I did return the dress to them and ask refund. However, the staff removed the description of Half sleeve on their website and said that it was their small mistake and refund is impossible.The staff repeated they make dress as same as the picture (which was obviously different from the picture in my experience). Hope it helps for your decision.

But that dress indeed a half-sleeve, but it is not the whole with the dress, it is seperate with a shawl, like I've explained in the E-mail, if it is the whole, then, you can not even wear it, how could you wear it on like the photos. We removed the half-sleeve in case any other customers get confusion and misunderstanding. And as for the color problem you stated before, you return the dress, and we check, it is the same color as the picture color you choosed, our workers did make you the correct dress, hope you can understand. The dress was beautifull and profesionally done. However, i order a size 2 but it was like a size 4. So, i recomended to order a size less then your size so it will fix better.
The communication and service was A+. They help me though the order and after to try to fix my problem of the size. I desired to fix the dress locally because the dress wasn't expense to made. I will regularly pay a lot more for a prom dress in a store... and also, it will cost me almost the same price to send it and have it back.
