DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM WEBSITE. I BOUGHT A DRESS FOR A NYE EVENT I RECEIVED THE DRESS AND IT LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE AND I HAVE BEEN GOING BACK AND FORTH WITH THEM TRYING TO GET A REFUND (EVEN TURNED THEM INTO BBB, ECONSUMER, AND FEDERAL TRADE). THEY TRY AND ARGUE THAT THE DRESS I RECEIVED IS THE ONE I ORDERED LIKE SHE'S RIGHT HERE LOOKING AT THE DRESS WITH ME. I SHOULD OF REVIEWED THEM FIRST, SMH. NOW I'M STUCK WITH A $153 MESS THAT NOT EVEN A MIRACLE CAN FIX.

DO NOT BUY from this website. I saw a beautiful blue prom dress on this website and placed the order. It came three weeks later and it was completely the wrong dress. It was a huge white mermaid wedding dress. I emailed them right away as there was no phone number. I went back to look at my confirmation order and there was no summary of the dress I ordered, amount, or anything, just an order number. I received an email stating that they're on holiday break and will not be back for another week. After a week, I still did not hear from them. I went on the website and talked to someone. She apparently found my order but refused to give me any details as to my order summary. I contacted my credit card company and refused to pay for something I didn't order. So disappointed.

When I gave the first order, I thought size 34 will fit me, because I usually wear size 34. The first one was too tight! After I have ordered size 36, it sat perfectly! Once I contacted the seller via e-mail if she could sent me size 36, she immediately do that and the dress arrived within 5 days! A tip from me: If you cant decide between two sizes, rather takes size bigger! The shipping was very quick, the dress comes from China and the shipping was just 1 week to Austria. I got so many compliments on the dress, no one wanted to believe me, that it costs 70 as it looks very high quality! Communication with the SELLER is excellent, very very nice SELLER! I can highly recommend the dress and also the seller from the bottom of my heart! Top quality for a low price!

Who ever posted that this website is "THE BEST" or gives it a 5 star is probably their own employees! I bought a $144.50 dress from this website to go to my cousins wedding thinking the dress is gonna be flowy and beautiful like the picture. When the dress arrived, it looks like trash and the fabric is cheap quality. The dress didn't come with the diamond belt shown in the picture but instead it had fake cheap rhinestones sewn onto it. I tried to refund the dress but their customer service said its the "original." They also said that since the company did not damage the dress and it's not their fault so they will not refund the dress. Now I'm stuck with the hideous dress and have to buy another one. The only thing they damage is their reputation.

This was my first time buying off 27Dress.com i was a bit worried, but once i received my dressi was in love with it, it looks exactly like the pictures provided and the customer service was so helpful and friendly

End of may I purchased a black long train feathered prom dress for my 16 year old daughter from 27dress.com which was to be delivered by the 16th June 2016, so on 6th June when I received my daughter's dress I was so happy. At first when I ordered the dress I was so afraid because it was coming from so far away and also I saw a few bad reviews that prompt me to call and Whats App one of their staff who was so helpful and who put my mind at ease, she told me that my daughter's dress will be fantastic... so upon seeing the dress and my daughter trying the dress on... I was so pleased... the dress was stunning, it fitted like a glove... I did not have to do any alterations... and guess what, her prom was last night and she won best dressed... I give 27dress a five star thumbs up... I have another daughter and niece graduating next year and i'm already looking for their dresses, the material was true to the picture it was quality material and exactly as it was in the picture... thanks guys for making my daughter's night extra special

I had bought my dress and not only was it 2 weeks late, was sent to the wrong address and had several issues with the courier, the dress ended up looking nothing at all like the photo! It is extremely cheap quality and looks terrible! I recommend never getting anything from this site, they post the original photo of a dress and try and copy it and it ends up looking horrible, I was left right before my prom with a horrid dress and I needed to buy a new one

If 0 rating was available I'd pick it! You notice all the good reviews all have amazing or beautiful for the title! ALL LIES! These people all work for the company and please do not order from this company because none of the items look like the models! If that dress is the only dress you or your daughter is relying on, you are in so much trouble unless you got a back up dress! I know times are hard but don't give these people your hard earn coins! They suck to the highest degree!
