The dress oredred by my daughter arrived ahead of the scheduled delivery slot, so that deserved one star. From there on it all went wrong.
The dress has not been stitched correctly and has loose threads on the seams. When the company were contacted they informed us to cut the treads. This will no doubt open the seams. Additionally the pure white dress has stains on the back. It looks like it has been dragged on a dirty floor and stood upon. Again we were informed to wash the dress.
Our several requests to return the dress have simply been ignored.
Reading other reviews it looks like some peaple are lucy. We were not.

THERE IS A 50/50 CHANCE YOU WILL GET WHAT YOU ORDER TO THOSE WHO ORDER WAS GOOD YOU MADE IT THROUGH THE SINK HOLE FOR THOSE WHO ORDER WAS UNSATISFACTORY 27DRESS THEY HAVE NO COMPASSION FOR THEIR MISTAKES. THEY TAKE YOUR HARD EARN MONEY AND BE GLAD ABOUT IT. THEIR PROFESSIONALISM IS 0 RATED THEY STRING YOU ALONG FOR AS LONG AS YOU DEAL WITH THEM (THEY EMAIL YOU ACTING LIKE THEY ARE CONCERNED BUT ALL ALONG PROCRASTINATING) AND LEAVE YOU HANGING (THEY STOP EMAILING YOU). I SAY THIS TO SAY THINK TWICE BEFORE ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY. MONEY ISN'T EASY TO COME BY AND TO LOSE IT TO A FRAUD IS ALL TIME HIGH. THE COMPANY IS A CASINO THAT TAKES IN AND REFUSE TO GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK EVENTHOUGH THE PRODUCT IS AT THEIR OWN MISTAKE. I GIVE THEM NO STAR DO NOT DESIRE ANY RECONGNITION AND STAND TO BE CRITICISE TO THE MOST HIGH. MY DAUGHTER ORDER A DRESS THAT SHE DIDN'T RECEIVE ON TIME IT CAME LATE AFTER THE PROM EMAIL THEM THEIR RESPONSE WAS ONCE WE GET DRESS BACK GET REFUND. THE DRESS IS IN CHINA AT CUSTOM HOLD COMPANY THEY REFUSING TO EXCEPT PACKAGE NOW WE ARE OUT OF OUR MONEY AND PLUS THEY HAVE THE DRESS IN CHINA. WE HAVE BEEN EMAILING ONE ANOTHER EVERY SINCE FEBRUARY AND NOW ITS JUNE. PLEASE THINK TWICE MAYBE THREE TIMES BEFORE DOING BUSINESS WITH A PACK OF THEIFS.

If i could give this product a 0 rating i will hell, i would go over and beyond and delete this entire website because it is a scam. The dress they sent me was a defect. I got my dress on monday and it was falling off my shoulders, sequins are missing from it, strings are loose, holes are present and it is YELLOW, the mesh part is yellow. And on that same monday, i emailed them and said i will be requesting a refund because of the size and everything else mentioned previously, and all the associate replied with was did you measure with tape? They reply to you once a day but claim to be a 24/7 business. And then she tried to blame me saying that they can not refund the money if it not their fault and i was like, how is it my fault? Like is she dumb? How would i sew on a different color fabric and alternate sizing? I have asked multiple times for my money back, and the address to ship the dress to but i have not heard anything back. I even said i was going to expose them for this scam they are trying to get away with and they stopped replying to me. I hit them up on whatsapp and they read my message and proceeded ignoring me. I found the real designer of the dress on instagram and i am planning on telling her about this because as i was browsing through her instagram and her website, a lot of the dresses she makes are on this website so be aware.

I ordered my prom dress from them and it came late. Once the dress arrived in the mail it was NOTHING like the photos posted on the website. I ordered a black lace top with and a separate bottom skirt with a leg slit. The top that was made out of lace was INCREDIBLY cheap. The attached bra was about as good as wearing a cardboard box over your chest, and the top did not match the measurements I had sent in, and was way too tight, but the attached bra was way too large. The bottom skirt was way too big around my waist, and did not match the photos. In the photos the skirt was not poofy at all, and the skirt I received was giant with multiple layers. The woman I emailed back and forth with REFUSED to give me a refund when the dress did not fit and was NOT suitable for my prom, despite emailing her pictures for proof that this dress was WAY OVER PRICED.

She was incredibly rude, and kept saying there was nothing wrong with the dress, and refused to give me my $170 I spent on the dress back.

Never seen such an unprofessional website and company. This company deserves negative ratings.
