My initial review was positive due to a threat given by the company. So here's my real review:
The dress I received wasn't what was advertised at all + it didn't come with the sewed in cups as they promised it would (which I counted on for support, cause I'm not a girl with no boobs exactly) Further my custom measurements were out by about 6-8cm. While they paid for the alterations to be made, I am not even going to end up wearing the dress because it's nothing what I paid for- there was too little a material to make it what was advertised.
The dress I ordered was meant to make me feel beautiful and classy, instead I just feel cheap and tacky in it. It was an expensive mistake and I would honestly like to know what people order and receive to be so satisfied into give this company full positive ratings.
I'm not making this mistake again and further wouldn't dream of shopping off their site, again; I don't recommend you do either

Actually I order 2 dresses from 27dress.com and I was worried that which type of material quality I get but once I received my order. I felt I done a great job. Really awesome quality of material as well as the service. 100% Recommended!

I order a dress from this website for a wedding. The whole wedding party ordered dresses to be exact. We received our dresses in a timely manner and in fact they were gorgeous.the quality of the dresses were of the best quality even better than the reviews. We had one issue which was one dress came back a different color than the others. We ordered a total of 12 dresses and wewere pleased. The representative Lisa handled our orders and also worked hard to fix the problem with the one dress. I can tell you that we were very pleased with the out come off the situation and would order again from them.

I have ordered an evening dress from them and I was very impressed with the finishing of the dress. There was a misunderstanding of the measurement of the sleeves. They offered all possible options to to solve the problem as paying for the alteration or getting the dress back to fix the problem. I consider this a professionalism to keep the customers satisfied with the service and the products.
