I bought my daughters dress for prom and when we received it the dress was not what we ordered. It is made very cheaply and had many flaws. I contacted them and they wrote back until I stated I wanted a refund. So now they won't even respond to my emails. This is a HORRIBLE company!

They will not issue refund if you're unhappy with the quality, or if you feel they falsely advertised the dress on their site. The dresses are cheaply made, ugly, fit wrong, and their customer service is a joke.

This was my first time using 27 dresses did not receive the dress in the timeframe that I was told when I receive the dress it was to be way to big in size ordered 16 which is a grown lady's 16 not 16 for high school after going back-and-forth with emails still no return label at this point I guess I'm not going to get my money back cannot use the dress it looks like a box no curvage at all it's just straight took pictures and sent them in and still haven't received anything still going back-and-forth do not use this site

I have ordered a ball gown & a beaded one as well. Have to say the princess style gown was amazing! I was so scared because I had heard so many stories about these sites but this one does not disappoint! Both dresses fit perfectly thanks to the custom tailoring! If you are worried don't be, it's not a scam, the dresses are beautiful!

Order the dress off of 27dresscom came back completely wrong nothing even close to the model dress that she had on they email you back and forth with stupid resolution will you lower your hair the dress will be prettier or the dress is similar to the model or the dress has been found to be suitable just all kind of bogus remarks. When the dress clearly doesn't even come close to the models dress. They looked at the dress and said it 95% like the model like the models dressed. Thats completely inaccurate...
