The time it took to receive my order was unreasonable (over 30 days), BUT the product was excellent once received... also it was a bit difficult to enter password to ask where my order was... had to input 3 times to get in... THIS COULD BE BETTER!

24hourwristbands.com is great to work with, I just had a problem with how they shipped my products. The issue with the Velcro ruining our straps makes it hard to want to give them to the people they were meant for, because they now present as damaged.
Watch out for extra fees
Overall great experience. Customer service group was very helpful and were able to turn around a great product in a short time frame to meet my deadlines.
