As long at the $15 shipping fee that was added to my bill is credited back to my card, I am satisfied
It was great. The colors were not as bright as expected but still great buy for the price and overall pleased.
Not happy..
The online chat was very helpful. The responses came very quickly. My main concern was an ability to use a specific font.
My only reason for the 4 of 5 stars on satisfaction is due to the fact that some of the bands had smudges on the imprinting.
My satisfaction on everything else was 5 of 5!

The koozies were a great purchase for our wedding favors. They came quickly and were great quality.
Overall, the product turned out great, but better, more timely and direct customer service would've saved us from a week delay and paying extra for a rush delivery fee.
