Great customer service experience
POOR COMMUNICATION AND UNNECESSARY DELAYS! On the 1st day I ordered them I received a message and spoke with a rep who said they had resolved the issue. But after 3 calls they still had a issue with their simple artwork!. Then I was given a date of February 25 well it is not March 4 and no wristbands! They ended on the 29th.
These wristbands were bought for our coding expo for our school. We were please with the color and quality. Kids were very happy!
Took me less than 5mins to order and pay. A+++

Very Happy. After all the hold up's, robot calls saying they could not do the order as the pictures were not good enough. Me calling them to actually cancel the order and the wanted to charge me a $20.00 free for cancel. Then after a rep called me and we went over it and decided to let the order go as it is. THE ORDER IS FINE AND DOES EXACTLY WHAT WE NEED. WE HAVE NO PROBLEMS WITH AT ALL. WE ARE JUST SO GLAD WE GOT IT AFTER BEING HELD UP FOR MANY DAYS. THANK YOU FOR FINALLY SENDING IT AND THANK YOU FOR THE GOOD WORK YOU DONE ON IT. WE APPRECIATE THAT THE END RESULT IS WE DID GET OUR ORDER AND THE ORDER IS GREAT. T IS GOING TO EXACTLY WHAT WE WANT.
