Called on Saturday to ask a few questions and was surprised that the first person I spoke with could answer both product and administrative questions.

I am a distributor of promotional products. My client needed 700 wristbands by a certain date. I ordered them within the stated time frame on the website then was told there was NO guarantee! Once I paid almost another hundred dollars, they were sent out the next day! I had already told my client the price, so had to pay the difference out of MY pocket! Just NOT right! They should not give an in hands date and then NOT stand behind it unless you pay more!
Received a different tote than what we ordered/paid for. "customer service" was a worthless 15 minute conversation with a man who kept repeating that it was out of his hands. Bottom line, they sent the wrong product, or their website lies about what you are buying. Either way it is their responsibility to try and make it right.

I was disappointed with the bracelets that I ordered. They were glow in the dark, embossed in one color but they are very difficult to read (nothing like the example shown).
