Easy & fast navigation.

Issue getting the promotional bonus bracelets which was disappointing.

Wrong color bracelet, & over a week late for the event they were needed. They should not give you dates to pick from if you pay per bracelet to get them there, because apparently that's estimated. They sure did charge my card for them & the extra per bracelet really fast.

Wristbands look great. The only improvement on this order I would recommend is labeling which wristbands are youth size and which are adult. They seem to be mixed together.

Easy to design & personalize products. I am always happy with the products I receive. They do an awesome job! I will continue using them for years to come.

Great customer service & great product

Good price point, I think the expedited pricing is not value added as the person on the phone said it wasn't a guarantee, so I requested a refund to have it expedited due to proofing timelines. I also paid for the proof which I won't do again as I got one proof of one color style when I ordered three.

For some reason, after I completed by order, the price went up $20. I am a school ordering and once a purchase order has been approved, we can not go above that price! The issue was addressed and I was told I would get a refund. I do see it on my account. Thank you for working with me to resolve this issue.

Great, fast and easy

Very easy process to place my order

I placed the order and purchased rush delivery with an estimated date provided. I was notified 2 days before expected delivery and told it would take another 1 to 2 weeks. This impacted my use of the bands and was very disappointing as I had no fall back plan to fit in with that late notice and so close to my event.

The tattoos keep getting smaller. I'm using all the same files and picking the same options. But each time they get smaller

I forgot to finish the order so customer service called me to make sure I still wanted the items

Because of the custom color, it took about 4 weeks to get. But well worth it! Great Buy!

It took a while for the person on the chat and then eventually the phone to figure out what I was asking. That was a little frustrating. I was asking a question concerning some perimeter text that I wanted to make sure showed on the front, they seemed completely baffled by my question which I would think would be a fairly common question.

Easy to navigate. Not hard at all to design, and place order.
