Great customer service and product!
I was happy with the many design and color options.
The bags were as expected.
Everything was great. The only sucky part was the pricing because I needed a few days turnaround and delivery. But that's not on you, I didn't have the funds to order in a more timely manner and avoid the high production and shipping costs.
The price seemed a little high compared to the quality of the product received, however I did appreciate the availability.

Unable to change color for uploaded artwork. That should be an option. This increased the total amount due until it was corrected on merchant's end.
Item got to me fast easy expeince but dident love the qualitry of the product I receved it was very sticky on the outside and clocked dirt and stuck to clothing but lasted for 3 days.

Overall Great! Product was delayed. I selected the quickest delivery option and ended up waiting an extra week for them to arrive, but they look great.
Item was exactly as described. Perfect for students to use for essentials on their Grand Canyon trip. Imprint was perfect! I was in a rush and they were on top of my order making sure artwork was to my satisfaction and order was shipped out promptly. I will use this company again.
