Very easy to order, beautiful quality shopping bags. We received them in a timely manner. So far I am very happy with my purchase.
The color was a lot darker than showed on the screen but they will still work. The blue is dark it looks black, which is off brand for us.
More info about order would have been nice. Like the process of it all.

Even though I paid for rush ship and production, the order did not arrive on time for my event. Eventually I was told I would receive a refund for the rush charges, but have yet to see that refund.

They're not the color they were supposed to be.
I need these in two weeks and they're not anything I hoped they would be. They look to have several different colors on them and they're only supposed to be pink blue and yellow

We weren't sure how the artwork was going to turn our on our custom coolies but they looked great. We also had to use overnight shipping and were concerned that they wouldn't make it in time but they showed up when expected and were a great addition to our party.
We received our order very promptly. The totes are fine quality and sturdy.
Simple easy and exceeded expectations. Will be order more in the future.
