Had an issue with my art resolution which delayed my order. Fixed it quickly and was told by 3 different service reps that it would enter production 3 different times before it entered production. I payed over $50 to have it made quickly and shipped out fast. I recieved my order way later than i was supposed to as i am in the middle of a campaign. Wish someone would have been honest with me up front about it. Instead I wasted money on a service you failed to provide.
Waiting to see if product arrives, just placed order. I did get a confirmation email.
Masks have arrived. Just a little over 2 weeks. 4 are t-shirt material, one is a heavier weight t shirt material. I washed first as they are new products and dyes may bleed a little.
I was not charged before products arrived. A good deal.

The production time was inaccurate. The delivery date given at the time the order was placed indicated that the product would arrive within our deadline. We needed the product by that date in order to reopen our business. Several days after the order was placed I learned that the product would be received 1 week later than the indicated date. When contacting customer service I was informed that even though the product had yet to enter the production phase I was unable to cancel the order.
I appreciate everything pertaining to my order. This is not the first time we have ordered from you all. A thank you to all who were involved in this process.
The Bandana Superstore is a welcome find for me! They have a large selection of products, in a variety of styles and colors! Made my shopping experience enjoyable. My order arrived in a timely manner, and I even received a progress email while waiting on my order to arrive! I am enjoying the bandanas I ordered!
