Easy to order, fast delivery
The customer service was great! The problem was with the waiting time, the order did not arrive at the original or second scheduled delivery date. That was not the customer service representative's fault.

Took a month to receive product. When product was recieved. The product was not the item that was described. Item was completely different and poor quality material.
Poor packaging. Poor customer service, never a straight answer in regards to shipping.
Still waiting for a second order that was ordered. This order still says in production after a month. Would not recommend this company due to run around on production and sending crappy item to replace ordered item.

Only purchased my yard signs through 24hourwristbands.com because they were offering rushed production, and delivery options. However, after paying for 1 day production (ordered on a Monday, to find after a call Thursday they had JUST gone into production) and when I was suppose to received then after paying for expedited shipping on the following Monday, that led to yet another call to customer service. This was for a time sensitive project and I didn't received the signs until Thursday. When asking for a refund on the expedited production and shipping because that DIDN'T happen, I was told that's not possible.
I will NEVER use this company again. They didn't solve the issue and certainly didn't put the customer first.
Had no problems, it was easy to place my orderIt It took very long and it was very expensive.
Had to wait a long time to get my order. The product was difficult to breath with it on. This may just be the way it is supposed to be, I'm not sure since this is the first face masks I've ordered
