Happy with this product
The signs were awesome! The bad part was that the banners promised rushed 2-day shipping and I got it a week later. I called 4x in 24 hours and talk to 4 different people from India who had no idea how to help me other than saying to contact FedEx. I told them that I didn't contract with FedEx; I contracted with 24HourWristbands.
Received when expected especially during this time of crisis.
My products came quickly and were as described on the website.

My order for wristbands was processed quickly and delivered well before I expected them. I am very happy with the product.

It was fairly quick and easy. No problems at all!
I placed an order and payed extra for rush printing and delivery. Because my image sent wasn't high enough resolution, I asked the customer service rep to just use one form the website. He kept telling me to send it. I kept telling him I couldn't that it was on your website and sent a screenshot as I had no way to download your image and send it. I finally asked if it would be easier to cancel the order and place a second order using your image, and "Joseph" said yes. Yet, I had to pay more because I needed the yard signs by a certain date. The CS Rep stated that I would receive a credit back to my credit card of $264.47 which I have yet to receive and it has been more than 14 business days. The first order was placed on April 24. However, all that being said, We loved the quality and look of our signs!
