I ordered a Covid 19 6 foot distancing decals for my business floor. I called and spoke to a representative and was told that I would received my items in 5 days. I paid for express ordering as well as shipping. I should have received my items within 5 days. I finally called two weeks later to see where my items were. I was told that it would be 4 - 6 weeks. This is unacceptable. I should have been notified. I was offered 5% off. What an insult. It is costing me over $5000 a day that my door remain closed. I would avoid this company

Placed and order for a blank product and had and estimated delivery time of 1 week they call and tell they have production issue and now will take 3 - 4 weeks to get them. These were promised to a client so had to source somewhere else and now they refuse to cancel the order and refund my money for a product they can get me in the original deadline. IT IS A BLANK AND THERE IS NO PRODUCTION?!?! Customer service tells me I need to pay a restock fee for a product they don't have in stock anymore. Then to top it off one of the items I purchased I paid for 1 day rush delivery and they ship it 3 day select and CS can't understand the issue and keeps giving crazy nonsensical answers. This company is overpromising and under delivering. I am filing claims with CC company, BBB, and the Florida State AG. STAY AWAY FROM THESE FOLKS..
