I ordered bracelets to sell for a benefit. After a couple weeks of wear the writing is fading from the bracelets. I've had many of these bracelets and never has any of my others lost the printing on them... not sure what happened here.

I placed this order on 4-10-2020 and the product was not delivered to me. You all took my money on 4-11-2020, the day after I placed the order. I called and could not get any information but the lady opened a ticket # ******* and the rest you can read yourself. Your marketing skills and customer satisfaction are the worst that I have seen for some time now. Do not waste your time in ordering face masks, they will not be sent to you!
