I was surprised by the need to pay additionally for both processing and shipping, but more so when I received the email asking if I had received my order only a few days after placing it when I knew that it would take 6 days for processing and 6 for shipping. When I called to check on expected delivery and was informed that the actual processing was 6 days +/- 7 days and that there was a distinct possibility that the product would not arrive in time for the event for which it was ordered I was not only disappointed but unhappy with the response I got which was that I could place an additional order which would cost more since I would now need to pay for faster processing and shipment in order to get an even faster rush. The only explanation I was given was that the website needed to be updated. Fortunately, the product did arrive in time.

The initial process online is smooth and easy. Love the options... The estimated completion date I was provided way off, it took an additional 2 to 3 weeks to receive my order. I ended up getting my order after my event. The customer service dept, both phone and email, were not helpful at all... The product is fine, I would suggest if you are ordering for an event and you are not using the option of the 24hr production, which is the most basic option, that you order at least 2 months in advance, I wish I had.

I have used 24 hour wristbands many times over the years. Only once was I disappointed- and that involved a special order that had to come from China. It was several weeks late and I finally called 24 hour wristbands- it was explained to me that the color I had chosen had to be special ordered and that was the reason for the delay. I placed another order with a more common color wristband and wasn't charged for the additional order, even though my original order also arrived.
