Nice selection of styles and colors, however the order process and delivery time needs to be improved. Communication needs to be improved. I received 37! Email messages about my orders from 24wristbands, most of which were DO NOT REPLY. I had two phone conversations. The second person that called had no information from the previous call.
I was charged the set up fee twice for the same shirts.
I quickly found my previous order and placed the new one
I thought they were going to be processed and shipped Monday and I would have them by Tuesday...that's why I paid $50.00 in shipping.
Love this website, will return to do more stuff.

UPDATE: I received my order and I am very pleased with the products I purchased. I was a bit surprised by the delivery time of 15 calendar days.
Had white ink on camo koozies and it could have been hit another time and it had bleed in spots.
Adding items to a cart was more difficult than it should have been- instead of having to add a certain number of wristband boxes at the bottom of the webpage and then add them a cart, you should be able to immediately add an item directly to your cart. Also, I placed an order and it didn't go through, when I'm about 99% sure I processed everything correctly. You do have a nice selection though.
The wrist bands are awesome. I will be ordering again.

We were missing one of the bracelets we ordered. At first they contacted us to say that the color wasn't available. We resolved that. After we received everything else (very quickly - very satisfied), I called and she told me they were sold out of the bracelet we changed to. Well we changed it again. We waited for 2 days and didn't hear anything even though she said she would call me, so I called back on Friday. They didn't have anything in their records and told me to wait but they would confirm everything via email. Never heard anything. The next Wednesday (a week after we received the rest of the order) I called back and finally someone checked with the manager and we were able to get the bracelets in two days. We are very thankful for the last person. Our frustration was because we expected to receive the order in full from the beginning, and then it just seemed like they forgot to complete our order.
So far it has been good!
