My order kept timing out or disappearing from the checkout. Not sure why but it took me 4 different times to get it to finish the process.

I was disappointed in the quality. The ink is smeared on a large number of the bands and we won't be able to sell those but since we got 200 free it should balance out.

I thought I ordered lime green... oops. No problem... I'll take the forrest green. They are just kind of dark for the festival... my mistake, I think?

I used in stock bands last year and got permission to do custom ones this year.

From getting very anxious after being informed that my order was on hold because of some out of stock items, to getting me my completed order a day early; I don't know how they did it, but they pulled it off! I'm impressed.

My image looks amazing but I wanted it printed on both sides and it is only on one. I looked at the invoice and it says one sided but the one i printed when I ordered them says both sides. So i am disappointed about that.

There were visible scratches all over the band and one of the bands snapped

So Far OK, will review again once we receive our 24hour bracelet order rushed shipment

Very pleased with updates as production started, continued, and finished of my products. Waited for updates on shipping confirmation, and fedex guy rang doorbell with products. Rush was worth it! Thank you! My 12 year old son was extremely happy that his project was completed before the wake and funeral for my grandmother.
