When I placed the order on May 23 I thought I had plenty of time to receive the order before my event date of June 19. When I had not received the product by June 3, I called the company to see where the wristbands were. Having it advertised as a 24 hour wristband company is very deceiving. They were nowhere close to being able to deliver this in that time frame. As I said I still thought I had ordered them in plenty of time. When I still didn't have them by June 11, I called to see where they were in the company and they could not tell me. They could not say if they were still in production, in route or in the warehouse. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that they would give my number to the supervisor and have them call me. I never received a call back. I told them I wanted to cancel the order. When I got off the phone at that point, I called my credit card company and filed a dispute and asked that the company not be paid. I had to find another company at the last minute to produce my wristbands for my event. These were very important to my program and finding another company was difficult but necessary. After ordering the new wristbands, the UPS driver arrived at my door with the wristbands from your company. Since I had already re-ordered the wristbands and had called my credit card company, I refused them and had them returned. If the person on the phone could have at least told me that the wristbands were in route and give me a delivery date I could have accepted that. The customer service department is very, very incompetent. I think the reason for that lies in the upper management. This is not a company I would do business with again.

At the last minute I decided I needed some remembrance of our family reunion for our family members. After looking at several websites I selected yours because you were able to provide last minute service, allow me to order a smaller number of bags (as opposed to the normal 75-100 min. On other sites), and have everything delivered before the start date of our reunion. I will definitely recommend you to others, and will use your services again for my own future reunions.
I appreciated the quick turn-around time - from placing my order to delivery - impressive! The bags are delightful and will bring many smiles at our family reunion.
