I am very pleased with the finish product
"I placed an order on 6/12/2014 and had not received my order or any sort of update as of 6/24/14 so I contacted a 1-800 # that I received on my email confirmation. The representative I spoke with said I had contacted the sales line instead of the customer service line so she logged a support issue for me but told me I'd have to wait on customer service to contact me or I could call them using a different number. I tried the # she gave me (which matched the # on their website for customer service also) and every time I called, I was put through to hold music immediately where I waited for 4 minutes and then the line would disconnect. I tried calling back at 5:13 pm CST because they are supposed to be open until 6:00 pm CST but then I received a message that their office was closed. I documented all of this in my support ticket only to have someone close my support ticket as RESOLVED 15 minutes later and I still haven't heard anything back from anyone and I have no idea where my order is. WORST customer service EVER and I have no idea if I'm actually going to get my order."
