The PMS colors I supplied with my art did not match. One was darker than intended. I haven't seen the two others I sent art for so can't comment yet on the colors. Perhaps your print process can't match PMS color callouts.

The issue I had was with your "customize your wristband" section. I clicked to have a wrap around design and used all of the characters I was allowed to fill the entire wristband. Because I did this I thought there would be no space between the text on my wristband, but once I received the order I noticed a half and inch space which resulted in a flaw with my design.

I think it would be good to note on your website that event though customers click to have a full wrap around and they fill the entire space with text, they will still have a space between the start and finish of their sentence.

I like the website, but Im disappointed that you cannot order multiple colors over 100 without ordering bulk. I'm doing a VBS and I have about 125 kids. I couldn't order 125, but would have had to order well over that to get my multi colors. If I could order in multiple of 25's in different colors that would be awesome

Toll Free line is out of order

Toll Free line is out of order. No one is on the chat line. There is no option on the order form for "1 day shipping" which your rude operator was astounded to see for herself. Guess she thought I was too dumb to read it myself. I have ordered three times from this company, as recently as May of 2013. There is no record of my account or my purchases. So much for loyalty. So, I placed the order today with no recourse if these can coolers don't reach me by Monday, June 30. This is ridiculous! Another thing. The 3 orders I have placed in 2012 and 2013 I was required to proof. When I asked your operator about that, she was very rude and said I could have it if I wanted it but it would slow down and lower the chance for me to get the order in time. Basically, I received NO HELP from the company. I don't know what's happened to this group since 2012! The transaction DID NOT go smoothly! Update: Received the order today. I wish I had been firmer with the operator I spoke with on the order date. She discouraged me from proofing the setup. Said proofing would slow down the order and then I couldn't have them in the 2 day delivery. The can coolers are ok, but the setup person put the writing on top of the picture instead of at the top of the cooler as was done in the 2 previous orders. There was plently of blank space at the top of the design so that the main part of the pretty picture would not be obscured by the writing. Oh well! They'll do. They'll have to!
