Couldn't be happier with my wrist bands
I called the customer service line and the representative was hardly helpful - I did not get her name but unenthusiastic would be a accurate about willingness to help!
This is my second time to order. Good prices and fun product. My only concern with this order is the color of the bands. I ordered maroon, this is more crimson. It is okay, but does not match my last order.
I love the product and the price was fair. However, I paid extra money to have it manufactured in America so it could get to me sooner, I selected 1 day production, I paid extra for 5 day delivery. Bottom line is it should have been delivered 2 days before my event, but arrived 4 days late. I completed a customer service ticket, but was never contacted. I feel the follow through on delivery and CS was unprofessional. Maybe it should be called 288hourwristbands.com because that's how long it took to get my purchase.
