The total ended up being50 more than it appeared it should have been. Extra15 for shipping, Tax that wasn't revealed in the checkout screen and9.99 to ship a "Free" T-Shirt that i would not have taken if I knew that are the reason for my dissatisfaction with the end cost.
I am not sure I will shop with you again because of the perceived deception.
It was quick and easy!
The production time and shipping time was incredible! I paid for one day shipping and it was here a day earlier than expected. I did not like the fact that there were "hidden charges", no confirmation email of my online order and no invoice emailed explaining the charges. The product is still an excellent value for the money.
I got exactly what I ordered, although it took longer than I expected but nicely done. Thank you.
The wrist bands arrived, but were not made per my specifications regarding the color and printed words.
"Philips" was to be on the blue part of the band and "American Heart Assoc." was to be on the red part of the band.
Less than 10% of the 600 bands actually met the requested specification. What can you do to fix this?
