Great experience. The product is a bit cheaper (in the terms of how it is made) than the last time we ordered, but it cost less. Also the pictures on line are not what the final product looks like. The swirled colors of the bracelets are NOT swirled in real life. But it's fine and they work great, so 4/5 stars!

It was not clear how much the "100 free" bands would cost until the final checkout. I would have still ordered them if it had said "100 free bands with $15.00 shipping and handling charge", but would have been happier at the final check out knowing that beforehand.

It was very positive with the exception of the payment screen showed a payment of $155 but after placing order it came to $195. I'd recommend showing the final price before the customer pays. I did go $40 over budget. I still would purchase from here again.

It was very difficult to use my credit card it kept telling me it was wrong I called customer service they were HORRIBLE, SLOW AND NOT HELPFUL. Ran three different cards and none would work. I canceled the order and then did it again on line and it took the same card.

The printing quality of my pins was wery low. I would rather pay more than have the 50% of the product I ordered completely useless. I'm very disappointed.

I was really impressed with the overall ease of ordering the wrist bands. 24hourwristband's website, production and delivery was fantastic. Very impressed and will definitely order again in the future! One slight problem - I thought I was to receive an extra 100 wrist bands with my order but my order details did not show this. Did I not specify this in my original order? Other than than, everything was amazing!

The product was perfect. It looks great. My only concern was I didnt receive any emails about the statis of my order. I had no idea that it was already shipped until it arrived. Other than that I am completely satisfied.
