I am rather disappointed in the product. The ink color is not at all what it shows on the website. I choose a teal ink and it came as a dark green. And the lettering is crooked on about half of my order.

Cons:
I did not like that tax is calculated after you input your credit card and submit purchase. I thought I had a final amount and then when I submitted my order I was totally confused when I saw a different amount. There was no warning or message informing the buyer of this. I ended up making a call to clarify this.
What made it worse was that when I contacted customer service about this issue they were short and cold and just simply stated "that's how it is". It's not the norm when purchasing online so you would think they'd be more understanding.
Pros:
The quality of the product is great and I would order again. The online shopping experience is simple and quick. And shipping is as scheduled. I have recommended this site to several friends for the same product (button/pins).

There was a bit of a bait and switch, in that the price listed in large, bold type online did not match the price I was charged. When I called to ask about it, I was told that some of the charge was because I ordered bracelets made in the US, which is fine, but I was also charged for insurance that I did not request and for which I was never asked. In addition, I ordered the bracelets for 7-day delivery but they did not even go to production until more than seven days after I placed the order. I did not need the bracelets before I got them, but I was surprised at how long it took to get them.
Shopping with 24hourWristBands was an awesome experience! I was able to totally customize my product and view a sample as I created it. The price was great and the product turned out even better than expected (and was delivered in no time)! I will definitely use 24hourWristBands anytime I can.
