The online ordering process is not Business to business friendly. I'm not sure my order went thru because it asked for a user name after I got thank you for your order. Therefore I contacted customer service and the rep took the order & compensated for the issues by giving me a discount.
I ordered the J-clip fasteners but got a few clamp ones mixed in. It's no big deal, I'm just glad to have the order in time for what I need to use them for.
I looked at two items, one I found lots of fonts to choose from the other there were limited fonts. No big deal but it was strange.
Do not use my name on your website.
The final print is so so so very much smaller than the proof. I would not have approved it had I known it would end up so small. I was going to brag about the deal on got on this but may need to keep it to myself. I probably won't be in charge of this next year..

A receipt was never e-mailed to me, we tried to contact customer service to get one and all we were sent was a delivery confirmation - I am still unable to get a receipt.

Placed an order, waited a week and contacted them, it was never processed. I resubmitted my order and the product came late and misprinted. The "ticket" process was like pulling teeth to get anywhere. Long story short, I lost $100 by choosing this company, DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!
You did not say what length the laynards are. It would be nice if I knew how long they are. Also your shipping. You coul stick them in a small bag and send these.
The letters on the 1 Inch despossed were way too small, they looked like they belonged on the small bracelets. So the appearance of the braclets were not pleasing! 1 inch bracelets should have large letters like the pictures they show not small like they belong on the small bracelets.
