You need to make it more affordable for purchases of lower quantities. This would be beneficial for the advertisers who are doing this for the first time. The last thing we want is to be forcefully inspired to buy 100 (insert product here)s, only to end up selling a few. We're trying to test the waters, making it easier for us to order lower quantities below 100 would greatly help. Thanks.

Created a fairly simple order of 17 wristbands. No "extras," just 17 embossed bands. Received 14. I had to contact customer service 3 times to find out that they simple hadn't made the additional bands, and weren't going to tell me until I contacted them. They offered to give a refund for the missing product, or said they would make them but charge again for shipping and processing. No thanks.

I qualified for 100 free wristbands. However, when I called to find out what color I would receive them in I was told I did not have a choice. Since we are using the wristbands as a ticket for entry the color is very important. I was not please that I could not spread the 100 free between the different colors I ordered.

ORDERING WAS EASY. CAN NOT DETERMINE THE REST UNTIL ORDER IS RECEIVED.

ORDER WAS RECEIVED IN A TIMELY MANNER AND WE WERE SATISIFIED WITH WHAT WE ORDERED. WOULD ORDER AGAIN IF NEEDED.

Easy, good to navigate.however this time the three colors wrist band,green and red cut thru our 21 yr old daughters name, who was in a fatal accident with her boyfriend and former teammate in Colo. Disappointed.
