User friendly but the customer service was not as timely. I am still awaiting my refund and updated receipt from the free shirt that was ordered but the 9.99 shipping was not communicated prior to my order.
Easy to order...
Your website was not working properly so I had to do my order 5 times and the order that actually finally worked I hadn't checked off that I wanted the lettering on my black wrist bands to be white and do they just came straight black and I can hardly see what it says now. :( unhappy with my purchase
Not sure if it's screen printing or the colors, but I was slightly disappointed in the final product. The yellow on the black wasn't quite as vibrant as I envisioned. Im still very happy with the product and will be ordering more.

We are a tax exempt organization and have not received confirmation that the taxes have been removed. Customer service replies are not what I would have expected.
The online system was very easy to use! I received my order timely and complete! I was a bit concerned about the image upload because once you upload it, you do not get a proof or any preview of how the image looks on the lanyard, but they came out very nice.
I wish I could have seen my proof on the wristband before committing since I submitted a psd.

I have not received the product so I cannot give a rating regarding the actual product. But your process so far has been easy. Let's just hope I am as satisfied w/the actual buttons.
The shipping was slow.
Billing process was terrible; I never received an actual statement or bill. Just a charge on my charge card. I was charged a shipping and handling charge that I was not expecting to pay. However the customer rep. Said she would reverse the charge.

Wonderful site, tons of options, delivered a day earlier than I expected despite the holiday. Overall nearly everything exceeded expectations. Some of the wristbands I ordered were stuck together, and trying to separate them resulted in their lettering coming off. I suggest ordering embossed instead of printed going forward. Will definitely shop again in the future, though.
Paid rush order but didn't receive them until today, the 28th.
Overall shopping experience was excellent.
