I ordered online on a wednesday night and paid extra for both rush production and overnight shipping. My delivery date was supposed to be Friday but did not arrive until Monday. After paying extra to get the order in the time frame I needed I did not receive the order until my Event as over and still was charged for rush production and overnight shipping. When I called in to customer service the representative stated this was just the way it works, did not offer any solution or apology and no reply when I stated I would not use their services ever again. This was the worst customer service, pricing scale and response from a business for the price I paid that I can ever remember receiving.

I have always got our bracelets here and had great service. I like the quality and service. The only reason I give the product a three star rating this time is because my wristbands were two colors. I had my writing going on one side of the bracelet in the color on the other side of the bracelet. I have done this before and it worked. When I got them, some of the bracelets writing is on the right side but on some of them the writing is on the wrong side so it is just embossed and some are on both colors so...you get the point.

Started out good, easy to choose what I wanted and order but the surprise charge for the shipping and handling of the "free" wristbands jacked up the cost of the order and since this was being done for a fundraiser project, it was a rude surprise. The wristbands arrived on schedule and there were many that had smeared printing.not totally unusable but portions smeared. Overall, I'm happy with them and should an opportunity come up for this type of product again, will come back to 24hourwristbands.
