Wish it would have shown a quick view of a example what the order would look like. But it was easy to do.
It was easy to shop with you site. When i contacted your company about another order I placed the person I spoke with was very helpful. He explained about your shipping process and status of my order. I am satisfied with this order and look forward to the second one I placed arriving in a timely manner. One suggestion I had no idea you shipped Fed-X as I have post office box I could have used a physical address. I think perhaps you should have the method of shopping on your site. I did not see it so if it was there sorry.

This is my 2nd time ordering, perfect product!
It was great, the time constrained was not a problem, placed order on Monday, got it by Wednesday.
I ordered the product and choose quicker shipping to make sure I got the wrist bands by the weekend. They should have been delivered by Thursday and they didnt show up until the following Monday. I had an event that weekend and was unable to use the custom wrist bands I ordered just for the event. I am really disappointed with the service you provided.

Website is very easy to use however I ordered royal blue wth yellow writing lanyards with closure hook on bottom. What I received was Navy blue with no closure hook with a badge clasp. Can't send them back because personalized so stuck. 50 lanyards of the wrong color with no closure hook = $85 dissatisfaction!
I was VERY impressed with how quickly I received my order! Fantastic! I was, however, a little disappointed with the tattoo color. Our artwork submitted was in blue, and the tattoos came in black. But again, the fact that you got them here on Monday was wonderful. Thank you.
I contacted customer service because when I received my wristbands 90.5% of them (181 out of 200) did not match the picture that displayed when I ordered them. Customer service told me that the policy says that word placement can be attempted but not guaranteed. However, any customer would say that 90.5% incorrect seems like there was not attempt made at all. If there is going to be a picture to show what the wristband is going to look like then it should be fairly accurate.
If I get this order by the 1st of May, the shopping experience will be great.
