After at least 5 documented phone calls and emails from me to customer service to make sure my typo was corrected, I was assured it was before production, and yet I received my wristbands today AND THEY ARE WRONG! I need these items in 20 days for a very important event and now I am completely screwed.
Will someone please contact me ASAP. Something MUST be done now.
Great product, great price, great delivery
Positives - They arrived very quickly and sooner than expected. The font was perfect and correct. It was extremely easy to order.
Negatives - The wording was not printed exactly as depicted on the website. It was printed half on white and half on green for a lot of the bands which makes it very hard to read. Some of the bands the placement is perfect and there is no issues with reading or appearance - they look great. The bands smell horrible. Almost like a chemical rubber smell. This is a huge issue for me. I've tried washing them or setting them out in the sun but nothing seemed to help. I am extremely disappointed and would not have purchased them if I knew this was going to be the case. I won't be back for more business if I can't resolve the smell issue. All other issues I can deal with, but honestly I shouldn't have to be.
I received the wrong color. I was given the run around due to my order being an internet order. I spoke with someone today and this is where we stand now. Ticket #: ******* Subject: Defective Merchandise, I don't want a refund I would like to get the correct wristbands which is White / Lime Green Segmented. This is for Lymphoma awareness. An event that we are holding on 4/29/15.
Received order fast and was very pleased with the quality.

I wanted to do a color swirl of black, purple, red & yellow but didn't see that option.
This is the 2nd order from 24 hour wristbands and once again the order I received is wrong. The color is wrong and not what I ordered or what it showed me on final before paying and now u all can not help once again. I would like my order fixed and the correct bracelets in the right color and I am not paying 200.00 again for them so someone please help me.
