Everything was excellent except the delivery was expensive and it didn't arrive as quickly as I thought. But it arrived fast enough and I was kept informed step by step of my order and where it was.

My customized buttons were perfectly aligned and exactly what I wanted. Thank you!

Good, no issues

I needed bands for a specific event. They came when promised and sturdy.

Worst company Ever! They never processed $1000 worth of product that was paid for and cancelled my order without permission. Never able to talk to someone and when I did I got nowhere!

I dont like the way they charge you xtra and it took two weeks after production to ship with no notification.

First time buyer and i did and will continue recommend this site to friends and family and i will definitely purchase again..

DO NOT ORDER from this company. I ordered 300 bracelets for a trade show. I paid extra for the expedited shipping. I contacted the company and spoke with a rude agent who said my bracelets are still in China. I will be going to my trade show with nothing to hand out other than my card. I spent almost $200

Easy process to order - GREAT prices!

My order took 16 days to arrive. I called custserv several times, had to wait 10 min or so each time, was told each time that the order was en route and should be delivered ant time. The wristbands are fine; the shopping 'experience' was mediocre.

Easy and quick turn around time. The product received had some tattoos that were cut thru the bottom making the tattoo unusable. Was a shame because the rest of my experience was very good. I will contact customer service

Ordering from 24 hour wristbands was simple, easy and fast. The quality of the product is great. The final product looked just like the proof given. They held true to the time line they promised. I will definitely use them again, in fact have already placed 2 more orders this week. I would highly recommend this company.

Wristbands look great! Shipping took forever and package went to wrong address which was my fault but company made me track it down. I had to call and get fedex tracking number would be easier if it was just on the site.
