I was surprised to find that the 2 inch round magnets I ordered were nothing more that pinless buttons with small, square, weak magnets stuck to the backs. The print quality was good, though.

The bracelets were great, when they finally arrived! The computer said 12 days, it was three weeks, I paid for made in USA, the first tracking number I recieved said they were coming from China. I called and a rep. (from kunknown country) said all internet orders came from China. Then got an email that said I was given wrong tracking number. Still not sure about this.

I rec'd my order in a ugly faded out orangish/brown color when I ordered neon orange. I went to the website to fill out the request and the website was not working. I called their 24 hour customer service line to find out that I had to go to the website that wasn't working, the man that answered stated to send a email to their helpline. I was to receive a email back within one day or less and never received that information. I then called their customer service line which they are only open monday through friday 8-5. I was on hold for 20 mins as the next caller, finally talked to a rep and the call was disconnected, called back now I'm the 12 caller and my call was disconnected once I became the next caller. Called back the next day as I couldn't use any more time on hold. Was told my Rose the manger after being on hold for 30 mins, by order was scheduled for reproduction but would not make my event date but only after I get their coozies sent back to them at my expense and they receive a tracking number. This would not be until tomorrow as I'm at work 8-5. The company even though they admitted to all of these errors wouldn't offer to produce the coozies in time for my event or send a return label as it's not their policy. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Go local big mistake! I'm sending the coozies back for a full refund as 200 coozies will not do me any good after the event date which is a benefit for someone with MS!

I ordered $500 worth of lanyards and badge holders for an event using the timing stated on their website. When I didn't receive my order I called only to find out that they wouldn't tell me where my order is - I would have to file an online inquiry. 2 days later no word on where this order is. I called my credit card and filed a fraud claim and they are cancelling the transaction. Fraudulent company

Of all things I think you guys should have an art template. This would ensure we provide art in a correct format and that the wristbands we get are exactly as we would like them to look. We are a professional company with expert designers and provided vector high quality art. I didn't request a proof because anyone with half a brain could take our art and apply it to the product properly. We gave art, exact to size, with a "sample" number where the serial number would be. The art was scaled down and the "sample" number was on all of the bracelets. It was pixelated, terrible quality, and were not at all lined up properly. I wish I had read the reviews on Yelp.
