Got exactly what was promised. Was a little leery about shipping from China, but it arrived in 3 business days as promised. We will use again!
The only disappointment I had with my order was the 50% discount only amounted to $2.06 - certainly not the full discount AND the full cost (including all shipping/handling/insurance) was not evident at the time of purchase.
On the more positive side, I ordered 25 items and was sent 28 - a nice customer service touch.
I wish I could of seen how the writing would look on the koozie. It did not turn out as anticipated.

Invoice a little unclear but was correct and great price and in fact next day arrival!
It is so irritated and angry that product you delivered is so poor quality work. I gave this for imprint. The ink is not at all clear. It looks like a used faded prints. How can you deliver such a low quality product? In addition the t-shirt came all crumbled up. If we buy some thing new as client I expect it to be new and good to wear, instead you provided low quality work and such poor workmanship. I wonder how a company survives with such poor service but I am sure it won't be too long that the door will be shut if the poor service continues.
