Check out was very deceptive. Be sure to know the free bands have a charge and they dont tell about you when you check out. Be sure to read the fine print. Very Very Deceptive! I will never use again and will be sure to tell others about this very sneaky business.

The site was easy enough to navigate and design the wristbands we were looking for. Shipping was fast and the wristbands look as expected.
The shipping guidelines were not clear when I chose between China and the US for manufacturing sites. It should be more prominently noted that the production time is pushed up to 10 business days from 5. That said, my customer service representative (I only knew him as Barry) was kind and responsive when I asked how we could get my order to me in a shorter time. I am a high school Leadership teacher and a student needed them. Barry was a superhero for her. Thanks, Barry and 24hour wristbands.com!
