The shipping guidelines were not clear when I chose between China and the US for manufacturing sites. It should be more prominently noted that the production time is pushed up to 10 business days from 5. That said, my customer service representative (I only knew him as Barry) was kind and responsive when I asked how we could get my order to me in a shorter time. I am a high school Leadership teacher and a student needed them. Barry was a superhero for her. Thanks, Barry and 24hour wristbands.com!

BE AWARE: Do a little research before you order

BE AWARE: Do a little research before you order. They have 1 star on yelp.com and on trustpilot.com and received and "F" from the better business bureau. I don't have proof but my sneaking suspicion is that my order wasn't made in the US even though I paid extra for it to be. I also believe their ratings here are inflated because they never sent me the link to review. I had to contact shopper approved to get the link to review.

I paid for rush 1 day production (guaranteed), chose standard shipping and paid extra for it to be made in Texas. I thought if it got made in a day, 3 weeks would be plenty of time for ground shipping to go from Texas to California. It took the company 13 days to produce my 150 lanyards, not 1 day. I called their customer service line (which always forwards to their sales line, not customer service) multiple times only to get the runaround that it wasn't their problem because I didn't also pay extra for guaranteed shipping. I tried desperately to explain that I paid for 1 day rush production so that I didn't need to rush the shipping and that it had been way longer than that but they didn't seem to care. I asked to talk to a supervisor they said one would call me back 30mins to 1hr later. This happened 3 times. I never received a call from a supervisor. I also logged multiple support tickets which gave me the same exact answer as to it was my fault for not also paying for rush shipping. I finally called and said I would pay extra for shipping to get in to me in time, but that I would seek compensation after and that I would investigate if my order really was made in the US and not China. They quickly changed their tune and offered to waive their shipping, but never admitted to wrong doing and waisted at least 3 hours of my time (I kid you not). In addition to bad customer service, the products are poorly made and printed.

I WISH THAT I HAD READ THESE REVIEWS BEFORE I ORDERED FROM 24 HOUR WRISTBANDS. MY 7TH GRADE GIRL SCOUTS SAVED FOR MONTHS TO ORDER WRIST BANDS FOR THEIR SCHOOL'S ANTI-BULLYING WEEK. GUESS WHAT? ALL THAT HARD EARNED MONEY IS DOWN THE DRAIN BECAUSE THE WRIST BANDS DID NOT ARRIVE IN TIME DESPITE ORDERING MORE THAN 2 WEEKS EARLIER! AVOID THIS COMPANY!
