I haven't been through all of the 125 koozies I ordered, but they seem like good quality. Shipping took longer than I hoped for, but wasn't horrible.

Ordered landyards in February still don't have them, worse customer service ever don't ever order from this company. I've spent more time on the phone trying to resolve this and still don't have my products

Some of the qualifications that I have given are based on the fact that I had to follow up with your delivery system in that I paid and extra amount of money for 2 day delivery. Towards the end of the day after the order it was still listed as in process. I honestly feel if I had not called that it would have been one more day extra beyond the 2 day promise that I had paid extra for. After prodding your customer service person I was guaranteed that it would go out. It did make it on time but I still feel that it would have been delayed if I had not followed up with you.

Colors were wrong and can't use product
So far so good, if the bands are as good as they look it will be amazing. Received them today all I can say is how awesome
My experience was very easy and affordable
Ordering was very simple and price was right. After initial order, I received email about product not being available so the offered alternative. Accepted alternative then they couldn't do two colors so I had to pick one then the artwork I submitted wasn't what I got. They kept saying that the art work looked good and tha product would look good. It looked ok but it wasn't the artwork I ordered. We went back and forth about refund which they only offered $20 at first but since they charged a $25 set up fee I said they should refund that as well. I got $40 back on a $65 order so I got 100 14oz cups I didn't like for $25. Could have just gotten plain disposable cups for way cheaper. Original order was 100 12oz frosted cups with 2 color artwork but got 100 14oz clear cups with one color artwork that I didn't order. Very disappointed and I also ordered them 4 weeks before event and after all the back and forth, I got the order a few days before the event. I ordered other items but they were pre-printed items that didn't need personalizing with artwork so those looked fine and didn't have trouble getting those. They charge for rush processing and delivery but in the fine print they state they don't guarantee color, artwork, delivery...so basically nothing. Quality was ok but with the stress of party planning and having to deal with this back and forth wasn't worth it :/
IT WAS EASY TO FIND EVERYTHING. PRICE WAS GREAT COMPARED TO OTHER COMPANY. EASY TO ORDER WHAT WE WERE WANTING.
The products looks great and it came quickly. Its great branding for our new organization.
My only complaint would be that with rush product and standard shipping should have been around 10 days, it took 18 days to get our wristbands and yes we ordered from the usa
The only thing I would change is better tracking information though the process.
