This was my 1st order from 24HourWristbands.com. For the price I paid I was very happy with the wristbands I received. I PAID extra to have a proof sent to me and disapproved the proof several different times. I did finally get a proof that looked exactly like what I was needing. But the finished product that I got in the mail today is NOT the proof that was approved! Not happy! Will be looking into getting money back.
I sent the proof back several times trying to get the logo the way that I wanted. Finally one was correct so I approved it, but what I got as the finished product is NOT the proof I approved! Will be calling to get money back.

Ordered 125 blue and 125 red blank koozies for an order. Paid for quicker shipping as I was on a deadline. Received 125 blue and 125 BLACK. Jumped through hoops to prove they sent the wrong color. Replacement order came... 25 koozies short... three days before order was due. In their defense, they did ship overnight to get me the 25... but, a little attention to detail would have eliminated the cost on their end. Don't know if my business will use their services again.
Answer: Go to your local sign store such as Signarama and buy local and they are the same price with no shipping charges.
