Pretty easy navigation and set up. The S&H charges were more than the per item charges and I think a little high for what's being sent. Also, the price at checkout didn't match the invoice total. The invoice was actually correct, but if you're not paying attention to the itemization at checkout, you might think you somehow managed to get the items cheaper, but that's not the case. I opened a ticket and provided feedback regarding this issue, as I think the total at checkout should be the final price and the same as the invoice total, and customer service responded right away.
The wristbands arrived promptly. I got e-mail notifications for each step of the process. They arrived as promised, when promised, and are exactly what I wanted and great quality (for plastic wristbands). The dark/navy blue is actually darker than what my screen made the colour out to be, but that was actually a good thing for me, because I wanted a dark, dark blue. The print is clear, no smudging and aligned well.

Had difficulty with the second step - setting quantity and getting the price. I had to select a different size, then go back to the size I wanted to go to the next step. But after that hurdles, no problems.
The wrist bands were fantastic. I had trouble with the plastic toggles and had to purchase other ones of amazon. It wasnt a big deal and I'm still satisfied with my order.
