I have ordered from this company in the past & the delivered product was always great. However, my latest 2 experiences have been nightmares. I ordered a large quantity of wristbands (black with athletic yellow print) & received them printed in the wrong color (black with brown print). When I notified them of the wrong color they let me know it says in fine print in the agreement that they cannot guarantee colors. They ultimately said they would reprint them but then sent another box printed in - you guessed it - the wrong color. So - now I have 2 large boxes of wristbands I can't use & they won't do anything to make it right. (Be forewarned: "Refund" is not in this company's vocabulary) I placed a subsequent order for stadium cups hoping for a better experience because the prices are so good & because I've used them previously with no problems but once again, am running into problems. They sent the wrong proof, delaying my order past the date I needed it & want to charge me $450 for shipping to get it here in time (when the delay is THEIR fault). I will never use them again. DONE & DONE.

The shipping was confusing, in terms of having it shipped from the US or China. I was able to select rush processing and shipping, but it still gave me an option to ship from China, which makes no sense. The customer service agent I spoke with told me that is an option, but it's not guaranteed to be in the time I would pay for, in order to get the order rushed. He said it would be quite a bit more to have it rushed from the US. At the end of the call I decided I needed to pay for the rushed shipping from the US anyway because I needed the product sooner than later, and then it turned out to be just a few extra dollars. It would save a lot of time if they clarified this, and didn't charge anyone who doesn't pay close attention for rushed processing and shipping from China.

I ordered a set of 2 personalized can coozies which I planned to include in a gift basket for a local fundraiser. I contacted the seller beforehand, making certain that with rush delivery, the items would arrive in time. I received a prompt response confirming that they could be done in time. I submitted the personalized artwork that evening, an email the next day showing of a proof of the product, and shipping confirmation the day after that. The can coozies arrived on the exact day quoted. Furthermore, I received one additional can coozie because of a slight cosmetic defect. I was so appreciative of this attention to detail! Superb communication and overall customer service! Highly recommend.
