Easy purchase but arrived broken

24hourwristbands has been my go-to for all of my work-related lanyard, name tag needs! They are so easy to use and customize!

Loved the bracelets!

Excellent quality, but not delivered as stated. Paid for 10/11 delivery and still didn't have order as of 10/14.

Product delivered as expected and on time.

Fast turnaround!

I ordered the metallic silver and black wristbands. Was pretty disappointed when they arrived that they are not metallic at all but simply grey and black. Other than that I'm happy with the time it took for the response to be made and arrive at my house.

This company is great, we got a personalized product at a great price. The customer service team was amazing, and helped me fix all the mistakes I made in my online order.

Was shopping for a new wristband maker for a fundraiser we do every year for JDRF. By doing a Google search, came across and 24HourWristbands and gave them a chance. Will probably use again next year as well as suggest them to others looking for this type item.

Be more clear on the date, don't said Estimated Delivery Date, thats confuse to me, beaus I expect that date.
But you knows that date its not the date.

That its the second time happen to me and I can have the order on time.

Quality of bands are great. Price was reasonable.
The ordering process was infuriating. I had to restart the order several times b/c as I tried to complete the order a pop up message alerted me to a previously unannounced minimum.
The order arrived almost a month later than projected.
