It was good but we had a couple of issues with the custom design feature.
Very happy with the ordering process
I was ordering tens of thousands of temporary tattoos. When I went to the website it said I could upload multiple artworks to one order. Turns out this was wrong and it caused my order to be incorrect. When I spoke with a rep on the phone they were kind to help me in my order but didn't see the ridiculousness of how their website gave me permission to do something they didn't allow.
There is a charge for a $10 digital proof which is absolutely insane. It's not even a personal touchpoint. I could understand a charge if you were to work with a person to confirm the proof but they literally just take you to their website to okay the proof. It cost $0 for them. Scam.
Online a standard production time is $0. An expedited is like $25. But a rush production time is $0. Makes sense that I'd do rush (faster) for $0 (free). I was told on the phone that I couldn't do a rush production time without rush delivery. Makes no sense... again the website doesn't work correctly. I shouldn't be able to choose something if in reality I can't actually do it.
You have to pay for each design of something not your entire order. When I was ordering a few tattoos as samples I was going to be charged $25 for a $20 order. Makes no sense. Most places charge you shipping after for your ENTIRE order. Not each piece.
The quality of the product was great. Getting there was just a challenge.
Products were great but the shipping and communication were lacking. I was not properly informed that there was going to be a delay in my order which resulted in the wristbands not arriving in time for my mother's celebration of life event :(

I was moved by the Holy Spirit to purchase these for a friend battling breast cancer. I placed the order late at night. The process to order is super easy. I called to verify the order would be delivered before the next Bible Study so as to pass them out. The delivery came a day earlier than guaranteed and the color, printing and designs were perfect. I'm impressed with this company and their product. I will def use them again when the need arises.

The company charged us additional shipping to correct their mistake, and several customer service reps were not helpful/didn't care. (Half of our order was delivered to the wrong address, but we had to pay for re-delivery.) Product quality was so-so. Will not be ordering from them again.
I was somewhat happy with the way the wrist bands looked. I ordered a red, yellow and blue bracelet but there were some bands with green mixed in them. And you could hardly read the writing on the band... however I was not happy at all with how the "free wrist bands" were advertised. It said if you bought 100 you'd get 100 free. They don't tell you until you finish your order that the "free wristbands" actually cost $15.
The art didn't turn out as specified, but it wasn't too bad to go through hassle of a reprint. I also live nearby and they won't allow you to pick up the order, you have to ship it. Decent pricing though.
Package arrived on time, expedited in fact but one I believe my order was one mug short and 2 were damaged as the interior packaging was not well protected. Excellent customer service up until this point, if no one contacts me or replaces damaged /missing goods or provides partial refund.

They seem flimsier and the material is more irritating to people's skin... the colors also change slightly every single time we order new ones
The buttons were of good quality and reasonably priced. The delivery time was as expected. I would order from this site again in the future.
From selecting the product, to decorating and choosing colors, the website was user-friendly and the quality was great. The bands arrived quickly and the kids loved them. The quality was great, the colors were vibrant and they glowed as advertised! We will definitely be using this company again!
