Excellent service! Like many, I was skeptical with the online ordering of my koozies but I could not be more pleased with the outcome. I enjoyed great customer service with the best part being that when I had a question one phone call connected me to a real person willing and able to help. Nothing more, nothing less. Seems to be a good product. Never received a shipping notice though - that wouldve been nice. Had to email to find out if they were on the way. Also, they came a day later than expected (and paid for).
The wristbands were just as expected. The buy 100 and get 100 free is a great deal for fundraiser purposes. Ability to customize is somewhat lacking and it's annoying that the site doesn't tell you that different fonts will cost more until checkout, but other than that, they got here exactly when they were supposed to and were worth the price.
They looked great and arrived when promised. They were a big hit at the party! Will definitely use this site again.
I had to pay extra shipping for an issue that wasn't my fault. I won't get into it but stay away, I also had a co worker have a similar experience.
I am a return customer, always a quality product and great customer service
Timely delivery but some difficulty in production. I contacted a rep by phone to find out if my design should be submitted with a bleed area. The rep said yes and I included a 3/16 bleed. That area ended up being included in in the finished product, making the design smaller than desired. This could have been avoided if templates were provided.
When my order was wrong they have been great helping me figure it out. They have been helping out sorting the details so they could best handle the situation.
Love the quality of the bands. Delivery was ahead of schedule. Will definitely use this site as needs arise.
